The Employment and Training Hub is designed to enable all clients, to enter the workforce through facilitated support at any phase of their employment goals from Pre-Employment, Education, Training,Transition to employment with selected employers.
A range of employment options are available from infrastructure, engineering apprenticeships, building apprenticeships, civil works, forestry, traffic management, logistics, truck & heavy machinery, primary industry, hospitality, food services.
Clients will be offered the ability to gain certification in selected courses as follows & not limited to - first aid, Advanced Health and Safety, fire warden training, Driver licensing (Classes 1 – 5, Class 6), WTR, OSH/F , P Endorsement, Reach Truck, Logistics, Warehousing, Food Safety, Hospitality, Site safe, Grow Safe, Working at Heights, Chainsaw, Barista, Mechanical and Engineering, traffic management, Xero, Payroll, Site safe, hand and power tools, security, Wallaby eradication(Controlled substance license), Taiao.
We can support clients with work readiness skills, employability skills, CV writing, interview role playing, cover letter writing, budgeting, banking, kiwi saver, IRD, industry site visits as required.
